Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material

Flirt has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any account found uploading, generating, or attempting to generate such content is permanently banned, the material is preserved as required by law, and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.

About Flirt

Flirt, published by mightypancake1, is an AI-powered photo and dating-message tool intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. The Flirt mobile application is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and the Flirt website is available at flirtapp.ai.

Age verification is enforced at sign-up. Accounts identified as belonging to users under 18 are immediately suspended and the associated data deleted, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What We Prohibit

The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent account termination plus reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Uploading photos or screenshots containing images of minors.
  • Generating or attempting to generate sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Using AI-generated content to create likenesses of minors in any context.
  • Using AI-generated content for grooming, harassment, stalking, or any other harm to a minor.
  • Using AI-generated content for fraud, deception, or impersonation.

The full list of prohibited uses is in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.

Detection & Moderation

Flirt uses a layered approach to prevent the generation and distribution of prohibited content:

  • Our upstream AI model providers enforce safety filters that block prompts and outputs identified as containing minors in any sexualized context.
  • We rely on the safety classifiers built into OpenAI's image generation models, which are designed to refuse generation of CSAM and related content.
  • Uploaded reference photos and conversation screenshots pass through automated moderation before being processed.
  • User reports are reviewed promptly and acted on. Severe violations (CSAM, CSAE) bypass the standard review queue and are escalated immediately.

How to Report CSAM or Child Safety Concerns

If you believe you have encountered CSAM, child exploitation, or any content that endangers a minor — whether produced by our Service, hosted on our platform, or related to a Flirt user — please report it immediately through one of the following channels:

Email

support@flirtapp.ai — monitored daily. For child-safety reports specifically, please prefix the subject line with [CHILD SAFETY] so we triage it ahead of the standard support queue. Include any URLs, screenshots (when safe and lawful to share), Flirt user identifiers, and a brief description.

In-App Reporting

Inside the Flirt mobile app, go to Settings → Report a Safety Issue and select the "Child safety / CSAM" category. The report is sent directly to our safety team and triaged within 24 hours.

External / Law Enforcement

CSAM should also be reported directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline:

For users outside the United States, the INHOPE network of hotlines lists country-specific reporting mechanisms.

What Happens After a Report

  • Triage: Reports tagged as CSAM/CSAE are escalated to our safety team within 24 hours.
  • Action: If the report is substantiated, the offending content is removed, the user account is permanently banned, and evidence is preserved as required by law.
  • Reporting to authorities: Confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC and, where required, to law enforcement.
  • Confidentiality: Reporter identity is kept confidential to the extent allowed by law.
  • Follow-up: If you provided contact information, you may receive a follow-up acknowledgement once the report has been triaged.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Flirt complies with applicable child-safety laws and frameworks, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506), the federal CSAM-reporting requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and the relevant child-protection provisions of the EU Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act.

We also adhere to the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
